Customer account
How do I create an account on Hollys Men?
To create an account, click on "Log in" at the top of the page, then on "Create an account". Fill out the form with your personal information and choose a secure password.
How do I change my personal information?
Log in to your account, go to "My Account" then "Personal Information". There you can change your address, email and password.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other secure payment methods displayed during checkout.
How do I place an order?
Add the desired items to your cart, click on "Cart", review your order and follow the payment steps. You will receive an email confirmation.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If it has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order from your customer account.
Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Europe:
Standard Delivery : Your order is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery : Enjoy accelerated delivery in 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We primarily deliver within Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us to check availability.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How do I return an item?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
