All packages are insured only against loss during transit.

If a package is declared lost by the carrier, Hollys Men will file a claim with the shipping provider. Upon approval of the claim, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Insurance does not cover damage to goods, transport delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Non-Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that a product has not been delivered 10 business days after the order confirmation date, please send an email to contact@hollysmen.com with the subject "Non-delivery", specifying the order number. Hollys Men will contact the customer within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue or provide explanations regarding the non-delivery.
Unclaimed Packages and Associated Fees
If a package is unclaimed or returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address:

The buyer is responsible for all return costs as well as any customs fees.

A flat fee of €45 is charged for unclaimed packages.

If the actual return costs or customs fees charged to Hollys Men exceed this flat fee, Hollys Men reserves the right to charge the difference to the buyer. These fees will be invoiced separately, and the refund of the initial order will only be made after full payment of these fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
Please note that delivery times and delivery capacity may be affected by force majeure, including natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other circumstance beyond our control. In such cases, Hollys Men reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery.
Inaccurate or Incomplete Shipping Address
The same provisions apply in cases where a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer, including, but not limited to, errors in the recipient's name or address.
