1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and receive a refund, your item must strictly comply with the following conditions:

Brand New Condition: The item must not have been worn, washed, or used.

Integrity: The product must be in perfect condition, with no traces of use or damage.

Accessories & Labels: It must be accompanied by all its original accessories (attached tags, boxes, protective covers, etc.).

Proof of Purchase: The purchase invoice must be included in the return package. Hollys Men reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions; in such cases, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
3. Return Procedure, Transport, and Costs
A. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us within the legal 14-day period at: contact@hollysmen.com. Our Customer Service will then provide you with the full return address and instructions for preparing the package.
B. Specifics for NON-EUROPEAN UNION Returns (USA & Canada)
Returning products from the United States and Canada must comply with strict requirements due to customs formalities.

EU (European Union) and NON-EU Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

Logistical Requirement: Due to logistical constraints and strict quality control protocols at our return warehouse—ensuring the speed and reliability of luxury product inspections—the Client must use a private courier service (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) for the return of Products.

Package Refusal: Hollys Men and its logistical partner reserve the right to refuse any return package sent via local postal services (e.g., USPS, La Poste/Colissimo) whose tracking and/or delivery times do not ensure receipt under optimal conditions. Any refused package will be returned to the sender at the Client's expense.

Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the choice of carrier and the risks associated with the return.

NON-EU Returns (USA/Canada - Customs Management): The Client is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees generated by the return of the package to Europe. If any fees are charged to Hollys Men upon receipt, this amount will be fully deducted from the final refund due to the Client. The Client must ensure that customs documents are correct to avoid blockages.
C. Transport Liability
The return of the package is carried out under the responsibility and at the expense of the Client. The Seller declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to returned packages.
4. Damages and Issues (Warranty)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. A prepaid return label will be provided by Hollys Men only after confirmation that the issue is a lack of conformity or a hidden defect, and not the result of misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery. In this case, all return costs will be covered by Hollys Men.
5. Exchanges and Refunds
A. Non-returnable Items
All our items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above, unless the item is explicitly marked as non-returnable on its product page (personalization, etc.).
B. Exchanges
To guarantee the fastest receipt of the desired model or size, we do not perform standard exchanges. The procedure is as follows:

Return the unsuitable item for a refund (according to the conditions in point 2).

Place a new order for the model of your choice on our online store.
C. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received, inspected, and validated your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. The Seller agrees to refund the full amount paid no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Client's decision to withdraw (this period may be deferred until the actual recovery of the goods). Deducted Costs: The amount of unpaid return customs fees by the Client (see 3.B.) will be deducted from the final refund.
